Technical Details
- v:scout supports all common web browser
v: scout manages information of various collections and signature systems. As being the guidance system at the Philological Library of the Free University Berlin v:scout visualizes 11 collections, 12 signature systems, more than 700 signature fields and more than 6,500 room objects. All in all more than two million books are displayed clearly and quickly.
The access on v:scout can be made locally as well as online via a Flash or HTML version on your website. The system supports all major browsers and the connection to online catalogs (e.g. OPAC) is flexible.
arTec uses the open source software "Typo3”, an effective content management program that we configure for you individually.
v:scout is optimized for all common web browsers:

To install v:scout a web server with a LAMP-configuration is used.

v:scout convinces visually.
Besucher von Bibliotheken die mit V:SCOUT ausgestattet sind, können ab sofort auf eine Indoor Standortlokalisierung mittels QR Codes...
V:STORE ist ein visuelles Management- und Belegungsplanungssystem für Bibliotheken.
Die Bibliothek vonRoll (Universitätsbibliothek Bern), verwendet ab August 2013 das von arTec entwickelte Rauminformationssystem V:SCOUT.
